Drafting and reviewing various legal documents including GD, FIR, Complaint Petition, Plaint, Written Statement, Argument, and Contracts.
Providing legal opinions on both civil and criminal matters.
Maintaining a comprehensive legal database of all issues and ongoing cases.
Establishing and maintaining effective communication with court officials, regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, and other government officials to ensure efficient legal services.
Resolving any legal issues related to the organization or client institutions.
